12 Years!!!!!

Yesterday was my 12th wedding anniversary. I can honestly say that the past 12 years have been the best of my life. (Actually, we’ve been together for over 16 years so it’s been 16 amazing years!) I love being married and I love photographing weddings, being a part of such an amazing day! A bride’s wedding day is such a wonderful and perfect thing, the joy of two people entering into a commitment for a lifetime and the joining of two families. When I photograph a wedding, I am there to capture artistic and unique photographs that celebrate the romance of the day. I’m also there to make the bride’s day as perfect as possible. From watching the schedule to keeping an eye on the bride’s hair and makeup, I’m there to do anything I can to make her wedding day perfect. I love my job!
Beautiful on the Inside and Out

I’ve known Bethany for about five years and I want to proclaim that she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She goes to my church and I was thrilled when she asked me to photograph her wedding! It was such an honor being a part of her special day!
Silver Lining

I was scheduled to photograph my sister-in-law’s engagement portrait this evening but the weather stinks. She asked to move the session to the studio. After I set up the lights, I asked my helpers to sit for a lighting test. My little cherubs are awesome in so many ways, but posing for me and cooperating for photos isn’t one of them. In a rare and precious 30 seconds (literally) of moderate cooperation I captured these images. I just love them!
Beautiful Day at Ostertag
